The First Nations inf-sharing packages for the Nadina Natural Resources District for 2017 has been sent out to the applicable First Nations and the maps and KMZ's have been uploaded to the website. this infoshare process will be ongoing until mid september.
The harvest notification letters have been sent out to affected stakeholders in regards to Canfor Houston's proposed developments between May 2017 and April 2018 in the Bulkley, Morice and Prince George TSA's. Maps and KMZ of the blocks is available for viewing and download under the Stakeholder heading in the main menu.
The New Canadian Forest Products Ltd., Lowell A. Johnson Consultants Ltd., Dungate Community Forest Limited Partnership and Lake Babine Nation FSP has been uploaded to the Replacement FSP section for review and comment by First Nations and the public. Feel free to review and comment as identifed on the page in question.
Stakeholder letters for proposed blocks in the Bulkey, Morice and Fort Saint James TSA's have been sent out to trappers, guides, and individuals and organisations that have identified interest in the area. Maps and KMZ's for the blocks have been added under the stakeholder tab on the home page.
The Canfor Houston 2016 Fort Saint James Information sharing Packages have been sent out and the relevant information has been uploaded to the website. These packages show blocks that likely will be laid out and harvested during the next three or four years.
The newest Skeena Stikine District Information Sharing Packages for First Nations have been sent out. This infosharing package contains potential blocks planned for the Bulkley TSA over the next couple of years. A stakeholder referral will be send out in the following months for any blocks that have not previously been referred.
On Oct 11 2016 a replacement for the old Nechako Forestry Forum website came online, this will be the location for fire weather information, infosharing information, stakeholder notifications, and Forest Stewardship plan updates and notifications.
